The diet would be provided online in your account weekly or twice a week, as per the requirement. A weight loss of 3-4 kg is targeted per month. Home made food , easy to follow schedules and no starvation diets will be prescribed to acheive the desired results without any adverse effects on your body metabolism. Kindly note , no Keto or inttermitent fasting diet is provided. Its very important for the members to update their weight regularly and follow 80% of the diet prescribed. One can acheive of weight loss more than 5 kgs a month if followed exactly as mentioned, A regular followup through messages or phone call is done.  DO'S AND DONT' S -DIET FOR WEIGHT LOSS SERVICE

AVOID Sugar completely. (Sugar and its products like Jaggery, Honey, Jam, Jelly, and Sugar coated Saunf, Supari or Sweet paan, Ice cream, Chocolates, All Indian sweets etc). Vegetables: - Sweet corn, Artichokes, Potatoes, Eggplant, Yam (zimikand), Lotus stem, Jackfruit (kathal), Peas, Sweet potatoes, Squash and Turnip. Fruits: - Avocados, Mangoes, Grapes, Cantaloupe, Kiwi, Banana, Custard apple, Muskmelon, Honey dew, Pomegranate, Pears. Aerated drinks, diet-products, diet Pepsi, diet cokes. Alcohol (as per the instructions by the dietician) Corn flour, baby corn, maida, sooji, popcorn. Packet soups (except clear vegetable soup) Thick tomato gravies, tomato soup & tomato sauce/ketchup. Fruit juices (canned or fresh) Fried foods Dry fruits Saturated fat like- butter, cheese, ghee Dals, paneer, rice (except when told) Red meat Coconut milk, coconut water and coconut. ALLOWED Skimmed milk or single toned milk Curd or paneer made from single toned milk or low fat paneer. Use whole-wheat bread/brown bread and brown rice Can have biscuits with whole grain or non sweetened one -3 perday. Vegetables:- All green leafy Veg. (spinach, fenugreek leaf, mustard leafs, bathua , turnip leaf), Mushroom, Bell pepper- red , green , yellow, Cauliflower, Cabbage- red , green, Cucumber, Spring onion, Pumpkin, Bitter guard (karela not fried), Ladies finger, Parsley, Broccoli, Lettuce, Asparagus, Frenchbeans , Beet root, BokChoy, Brussels Sprouts, Carrots , Celery- root , leaves, Cilantro, Garlic, Ginger, Kale, Leeks , Okra, Onion, Snow peas, Tomato cherries, medium, Zucchini. Fruits: - Papaya-1cup, Guava-2, Peaches-2, Oranges/Sweet lime (1-2), Watermelon - 2 cups (before 5pm), Cherries (7-8), Blue berries-1 cup, Blackberries -1cup, Strawberries (5-6), Plums (3-4), Apple (1-2), Necterine-1, Raspberries-1/2 cup, Pineapple-1 cup, lemon-2 , Passion fruits-3, Cranberries-1cup, . Fat: - All mono unsaturated fatty acid- olive oil , mustard oil , sesame seed oil , cruddy oil, or poly unsaturated fatty acid sunflower oil.

Sayatani Mohinta is utmost professional yet she has a touching compassion and dedication towards her work. I am so glad I found her. The diet was well planned and there were meals and snacks so often in the day because of which I was never hungry. I had no cravings as she had included my favourite foods as well.
